Hilton operates four luxury resorts in Mexico and Costa Rica that feature private plunge pools in every room or select accommodations. The properties, branded as Waldorf Astoria and Conrad, combine oceanfront views with culinary programming and wellness services. This configuration marks a shift in how the company structures its high-end hospitality offerings in the region.

Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal sits on 24 acres along the Pacific Ocean in Mexico. A private tunnel called Dos Mares provides access to the property. Every accommodation includes a plunge pool. Guests staying in select suites and villas receive dedicated butlers and personalized concierge service. The resort’s dining options include El Farallón, a cliffside seafood restaurant, and Don Manuel’s, which serves contemporary Mexican cuisine. A spa on the property offers treatments based on traditional Mexican healing practices.

Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya is located minutes from Cancún International Airport in 100 acres of tropical mangroves and Caribbean coastline. All 173 oceanfront rooms and suites come with private plunge pools. The resort offers an all-inclusive experience that covers chef-led dining, premium beverages, and curated wellness and cultural activities. Malpeque, a dining venue, prepares fresh seafood over an open flame. The property will transition to an adults-only format on Jan. 10, 2027.

Conrad Punta de Mita is a beachfront resort on the Riviera Nayarit in Mexico. Its signature restaurant, Codex, features a menu built around regional Mexican ingredients. The Agave Studio at the resort hosts guided tastings of tequila, mezcal, and other spirits. An adults-only infinity pool and private cabanas are available to guests. A spa offers a traditional temazcal ritual. Select suites include private plunge pools.

Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique opened in April 2025 on the Guanacaste coast. The cliffside property overlooks Playa Penca and contains 188 rooms and suites. Ocean-view pools are available throughout the resort, while select accommodations feature private plunge pools. The spa provides treatments, and the restaurant Tico Tica serves Costa Rican-inspired dishes with open-flame cooking. The Terrace offers a sunset viewing area for cocktails. The surrounding region provides opportunities for wildlife watching and outdoor exploration.
